■Date and time of use

Generally, weekdays (Monday to Friday) 10:00-17:00 *Excluding public holidays

If you wish to use the facility on closed days (Wednesdays) or outside of opening hours, please contact us separately.
Rentals are suspended during Golden Week, August 6th to 20th, and the New Year holidays.

・The water server and coffee machine in the salon cannot be used.

Salon extension fee (until 18:00)	1 hour	10,000 yen (tax included)
Piano usage fee (until 18:00)	*If a piano needs to be moved, a fee will be charged regardless of whether it is used or not.	10,000 yen (tax included)

Salon usage time includes preparation time such as loading and unloading and rehearsals.

・Our staff will be in charge of setting up the venue, so please let us know at least three days before the date of use.

・The rental fee includes chairs (85 chairs), long tables (3 chairs), round tables (6 chairs), a screen, microphones (wired and wireless), a podium, music stands (4 units), dedicated Wi-Fi, and venue setup fees.

・If you wish to use the piano (New York Steinway Model A Art Case, made in 1899), an additional 30,000 yen (tax included) will be charged.

■About payment

Please pay on the day of your visit. We accept the following payment methods.

■Cancellation policy

*Cancellation fees will be charged if you cancel during the following periods.

7 to 2 days before: 50% of the usage fee (50% of the transfer amount will be refunded)
1 day before/on the day: 100% of the usage fee

will be charged as a cancellation fee.

■Notes on use

Please apply at least three months in advance of the desired date of use. However, whether or not use is permitted will be at the discretion of the hotel, regardless of the reason.
The organizers are responsible for announcements, personnel arrangements, and arranging reception staff (museum staff will not be involved).
If any use that is contrary to the purpose or content of the project or that interferes with the operation of the museum is confirmed, we will immediately take measures such as canceling or suspending use.
We are not responsible for any accidents, loss or theft that occur during use.
The organizer will be liable for compensation for any damage, breakage, or soiling of the venue and facilities.
The organizer may not change the purpose or content of the project, or transfer or sublease the right of use without the permission of the museum.
Please be sure to take home any trash you bring with you.
There is no dedicated parking lot within the hotel. Please use the Shin-Karuizawa Municipal Parking Lot.
