Admission
- Admission grants access to all Exhibition Rooms and the Salon.
- Re-entry to the Salon is permitted within three hours of first entry.Exhibition interpretation videos are screened inside the Salon.
Please note that the Salon will not be available on days when Salon events are held.

Accessibility Information
The museum is designed to allow visitors using wheelchairs to move freely throughout the building.
In addition to an accessible toilet, the museum is equipped with ramps, a lift, a wheelchair-accessible platform and wheelchairs available for loan.
Parking spaces for visitors with disabilities (two spaces) are available near the museum's main entrance.

Salon Le Damier
Located immediately inside the entrance, Salon Le Damier (the name means "chequered pattern" in French) is a bright space filled with gentle natural light streaming in from the courtyard.
This salon is a space available for a fee, which may be used for resting or conversation.
Although intimate in scale, it seats 85 people and has been designed with careful attention to acoustics.
Museum concerts featuring professional performers are also held regularly.
Shop

To mark the opening of the museum, a wide range of original goods inspired by the works of Foujita have been created with the full cooperation of the Fondation Foujita in France. From stationery such as postcards, clear files, memo pads, and notepads, to T-shirts, tote bags, and ceramics produced in collaboration with Kyoto Tachikichi, the line-up of original merchandise available exclusively here at the Musée Ando à Karuizawa is impressive, appealing not only to Foujita fans but also to cat lovers.
Cafe
HARIO CAFE
HARIO CAFE, directly managed by HARIO, a heatproof glass manufacturer, founded in 1921. The company produces a wide range of heatproof glass items including coffee syphons and tea drippers. Located within the museum and facing the courtyard, the café offers speciality coffee and tea brewed using HARIO brewing equipment. In addition to enjoying these beverages, visitors can try the equipment themselves before making a purchase. Glass accessories by HARIO Lampwork Factory, including museum-exclusive designs, are available for sale.

Y Farm Restaurant
Y Farm Restaurant is located in a space adjacent to the museum and operates as a restaurant from 17:00.
(During the daytime, until 17:00, the space operates as HARIO CAFÉ.)
At Y Farm Restaurant, we serve artful cuisine that brings together the beauty of agriculture and the natural creativity of vegetables.
With the concept of 'artful dishes created by Y Farm', the restaurant offers a rich sensory experience, showcasing the deep flavours, distinctive shapes, and vibrant colours of vegetables and herbs harvested from the farm.

Important Information
- When using the Annual Pass, please present the pass together with a valid form of photo identification (such as a driver's licence or health insurance card).
- The Annual Pass is not valid on days when the museum is closed.
- In the event of loss, please contact the museum.
- Please note that presentation of the Annual Pass does not grant priority entry during busy periods.
How to Apply / Payment
- Please complete and submit the application form.
- Applications are also accepted by telephone (0267 42 1230) or in person at the museum reception.
- The Annual Pass will be issued upon your visit to the museum.
- Payment can be made at the reception by cash, credit card or electronic payment.
- ・After confirming the start date of use, the Annual Pass will be handed to you.
